Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your three-day right to cancel

When you sign an agreement with us in your home, Louisiana law gives you the right to cancel for any reason within three business days. Your agreement includes the official Notice of Cancellation explaining exactly how. If you cancel within that window, every dollar you paid comes back to you within ten business days.

Deposits

Your deposit reserves your installation date and lets us order your equipment. If you cancel within the three-day window, it is refunded in full. After the window, if equipment has been ordered for your job, we may retain the portion covering costs we cannot recover; we will show you exactly what that is before you decide.

Rescheduling

Reschedule at no cost with a day's notice by calling or texting us.

After installation

Every installation carries the manufacturer's equipment warranty and our workmanship warranty, both stated in your agreement. If something is not right, tell us and we will come make it right.
