What we collect

When you use our water report lookup, request a quote, text us, or call us, we collect what you give us. Our website forms ask for your name, phone number, and optionally your street address; if you later share your email or other details in conversation or during a quote, we keep those too, along with what you tell us about your water. Your address matters because your exact water system depends on it, and matching you to the right public water report is the whole point of our service.

Our website uses a first-party cookie so that if you come back later, we can connect your visits. We also use analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not use services that try to identify anonymous visitors by name.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, prepare your quote, schedule and complete your installation, and follow up on the work we did. If you agreed to hear from us, we may text, mail, or email you about your neighborhood's water and our services. Calls may be recorded so we get the details of your project right; we tell you when a call is being recorded.

We use AI tools to transcribe calls, organize notes, and draft replies, always under the same confidentiality protections this policy describes.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not send marketing texts without your consent. Reply STOP to any text and automated texting to your number ends.

Who we share with

Only the services that make the business run: payment processing (Stripe), messaging (Telnyx), email delivery, our database host, and, if you choose financing, the lender you apply with. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Your choices

Text STOP to stop texts. Email us to see, correct, or delete what we have about you: [email protected]. We keep records of completed work as long as the law and our warranties require.
