We fix Southeast Louisiana water
Thirteen years in real estate taught us what water does to a house.

My wife and I have been in real estate here for thirteen years. Walk enough houses and you get a real education in water: the scale on a water heater, the orange ring in a laundry tub, the shower door that stopped coming clean years ago, and what the inside of the plumbing looks like when it finally gets cut open. Including at our own house. That pipe up there is ours.
Somewhere along the way we started digging into the water quality reports these systems publish. They tell you the chlorine level in your water, the minerals it carries, and which of them are behind the residue you keep wiping off.
After thirteen years of seeing what water does to houses, and knowing the fix is straightforward equipment, starting Blue Otter was the obvious next thing.
We check the water first.
Every public water system in Southeast Louisiana publishes test results. We match your address to the system serving your home, read its report, and explain what the numbers mean inside your house.
Then we recommend the equipment that addresses what is actually in your water and leave out what is not needed. If your water tests soft, for example, a softener does not belong in the quote.
Before any work starts, you get the whole thing in writing: the equipment, the price, and the warranty. A licensed plumber does the install.

The otter is Ottie. His job is to make a dense utility report understandable without turning it into a scare tactic. He shows you the numbers, explains what they mean at home, and points you toward the right fix.
